Washing Machine/Tumble Dryer
Highlighting SaveWater technology, Beko washing machine/tumble dryer couple designed with this technology save water without sacrificing cleaning performance. Ideal for busy households, the tumble dryer feature conveniently collects up to 5.2 liters of water during each drying cycle, safely storing this to supply the washing machine with water. The technology was specifically developed to solve the challenge of clean, reusable water collected in tumble dryer tanks, which is typically safe for household cleaning. The technology conserves water sources by saving water for further use, as it is designed with water efficiently at its heart.
Project Aim
The main idea of the SaveWater washing machine/tumble dryer couple design is to exploit the still usable waters, which were previously evacuated without any other process. This innovation aims to limit their resource needs by offering the least water-intensive cycles possible. A part design that will increase the relationship between water and the user and allow the user to directly witness the savings made was studied.
